Our Story

Born from a Frustration Every Albertan Knows

It started at a kitchen sink in Calgary's SW. Our founder Mike was scrubbing the white scale off his faucets — again — when he decided enough was enough. He'd lived with hard water his whole life. His family's skin was always dry, his water heater needed replacing early, and the coffee tasted off no matter which beans he bought.

What started as a personal quest became a business. Mike trained as a water treatment specialist, partnered with NSF-certified manufacturers, and started helping neighbors fix the same problems. Word spread fast. Over 4,200 Alberta homes later, we're still that same local company — just bigger.

We never outsourced our installs. We never opened a call centre. You call us, a real person in Calgary answers. That's not going to change.
